Roadmap (no dates promised)
Order of implementation, not a schedule. We deliberately publish no dates: shipping when a phase is honest, not when a calendar says so.
| Phase | Focus |
|---|---|
| 1 | Core: API, event bus, policy engine, capability, identity, hard deny, recovery, fast path, evals |
| 2 | Windows native enforcement: discovery, process lineage, file protection, network, agent passport |
| 3 | Agent adapters: Claude, Codex, Cursor, OpenClaw, MCP, skills, tools — universal capability first |
| 4 | Adaptive learning: behavior chain, shadow policy, replay, trust decay, safe mode, max autonomy, emergency lock |
| 5 | macOS / Linux / HarmonyOS completion |
| 6 | Website, docs, 19 languages, SEO/GEO, community, early access, pricing, analytics |
| 7 | Beta, canary, feedback loops, evals, self-healing, automatic release |
| 8 | Commercialization: Free / Pro / Family / Intelligence / Enterprise |
| 9 | Cloud extension — while the local core keeps running independently |
| 10 | 20131 Agent Ecosystem: adapter SDK, MCP & skill security, control API, marketplace, security profiles |
Where Early Access sits
Early Access starts inside phases 1–3: a local, zero-telemetry behavioral monitor for Windows, macOS, and Linux, with agent discovery, audit timeline, alerting, Claude Code hooks and MCP proxy integrations. Enforcement, learning, and recovery arrive per the phases above.
